Over 30 years ago, Doug and Tanya opened San Francisco Coffee Roasting Co. at Amsterdam and North Highland Ave. Now, they say, its time to take the next step in their coffee pioneer career!
This is a rebrand they have been working on for the past few years now, and they are so excited to finally be able to share with you.
The new name, Apotheos Atlanta, is derived from “apotheosis,” a word that suggests elevating something to its most divine form. “We chose it to keep us reminded to elevate our craft and to see the beauty in the everyday. By approaching our roasted and cold-brew coffee with obsessive care, we infuse it with significance.”
You may have known that they roast their owns beans by the wafting aroma, but did you know they now can their own cold brew? Tanya stated, “This has been a labor of love and we are very proud of it.”
“We are constantly looking for ways to improve our craft and our products, so that we’re always providing our friends, families, and neighbors with the best roasted and cold brew coffee that we can offer,” says Doug.
