Pink Barre is a local, boutique studio offering a barre-based total body workout that combines elements of pilates, isometric strengthening, ballet and yoga. The Pink Barre mission is to empower women of all ages through to live healthy lives while creating a connected and informed wellness community. Classes are typically 55 minutes in duration, and the format is alignment based, high energy, social and musically driven. Highly trained and caring instructors will challenge you to be your best and no two classes will be the same – results will usually be achieved after a single month of Pink Barre classes or as quickly as 9 classes!
