Logistics and COVID-19 Safety
Find us in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood, east of Downtown Atlanta, near the intersections of Virginia Avenue and Barnett Street. Porches will be spread throughout the neighborhood from Virginia Ave NE to Drewry St NE, between N. Highland Ave NE and Ponce de Leon PL NE.
Parking and Transportation
Consider walking, biking, or taking a Lyft or Uber. There is very limited street parking.
Food and Drinks
At the end of the virtual 5k, Hero’s Doughnuts will be stationed at John Howell Park. Along with our Food Truck Way off of Barnett Street, feel free to bring snacks and drinks or support local businesses like Moe’s & Joe’s and Atkins Park Tavern.
We will have portable toilets located between De Leon St NE and John Howell Park. Additionally, feel free to patronize a local business and use their restroom.
The streets will remain open for traffic, so please stay out of the street. Please abide by local laws. Do not enter any homes of those hosting bands on their porches.
