Volunteer at Winterfest
Join the Winterfest crew!
Support our neighborhood by volunteering to help out at Winterfest! Whether you need community service hours for high school or you just love to see the neighborhood blossom, we could use your help. Volunteers will help set up and break down, register guests for the jog and parade, assist with the Kids Corner, help Tour of Lights house hosts, and guide Winterfest goers to event locations.
All volunteers who sign up by December 4 will receive a Winterfest t-shirt upon arrival to their shift.
Volunteer orientation will take place virtually on December 5 at 7 pm.
Merchandise
Get ready for holiday fun at Winterfest by snagging a t-shirt at the merchandise booth!
Not only do we have shirts with this year’s Winterfest logo, we also have the winning shirt designs from our design contest at Midtown High! Congratulations to our winning Midtown High artists: Gabriela Waldman, Aisling Mahony, and Leah Braun! Proceeds from these special contest shirts go to Midtown High.

More Santa During Winterfest!
Safety and Logistics
Keeping our neighborhood happy.
We would like to keep this event safe and healthy. The event will include a first-aid booth, hand sanitizer stations, and public restrooms. Because of the size of the event, we ask that you leave your cute pets at home.
Parking will be limited, so we recommend walking, biking, and carpooling! Lanier Blvd will be closed off for the Jingle Jog and Parade, and Hudson Dr. will be closed for the Holiday Market. Please plan accordingly to avoid these streets.
Open alcoholic beverages must remain within the festival perimeter.
Please patronize your local businesses if you would like to use their restroom facilities.
