Highland Yoga on Rock Flow from 6:15-7:30 – Come rock and flow through a 75 minute vinyasa and yin class. You can expect a spicy flow to a collection of rock ballads followed by some mellow jams as we cool down into our juicy deep stretch portion. Open to all levels (and rockers).
