Look out Southern Living Magazine, we are coming for the "Most Charming Neighborhood in the South" award! The Virginia Highland District Association is proposing a $600k project to bring a cohesive and elevated aesthetic to the historic North Highland Ave corridor through professional landscaping and lighting complemented by art, events, and amenities.
The North Highland Beautification Project scopes a 10-year vision to enhance the business district nodes from Morningside Village to Atkins Park. In these business district nodes you will see:
