Since bidding farewell to El Taco in March 2023, their team has been working hard to reimagine the space. “It's been a labor of love, fueled by our passion for our vibrant community. The anticipation has been palpable, and we couldn't be more excited to finally unveil Ela to you all,” shares the Ela team on social media.
Mark Jeffers, Fifth Group's Culinary VP, adds, "After 13 years of El Taco, the restaurant group felt it was time to do something new and exciting. We wanted to create a lively atmosphere, a place where you'd want to hang out for brunch, enjoy dinner and drinks, and share small plates."
Focusing on mezze and communal entrees inspired by the rich flavors of the Mediterranean and Middle East, Ela serves dishes such as Ela’s hummus, chili garlic shrimp, and their signature Mezze board. Each plate is a celebration of diversity, bringing together ingredients and culinary traditions from across the region.
