Preparing a full Thanksgiving spread can be a lot of work. Thankfully, there’s good news for the residents of Virginia Highland. Several local restaurants are offering Thanksgiving takeout options, giving families more time to spend together.

Kinship, a Virginia Highland favorite, is known for its large selection of meat, and Thanksgiving is no exception. Head to their site before November 10 to preorder a classic Joyce Farms Turkey or switch it up with an order of pork or beef. Don’t forget to add on a classic side dish or two of Anna Bell’s Mac and Cheese, glazed sweet potatoes, mushroom greens and more.
Looking for a three course meal for Thanksgiving? Look no further. Murphy’s Thanksgiving takeout offerings include soup, salad, sides and sliced turkey breast with a choice of pie. You can also add a paired wine pack to complete this year’s holiday meal.
Starting November 1, if you’re in the mood for some Southern barbecue flavors this Thanksgiving, DBA Barbecue has what you need. Their takeout Thanksgiving catering features options for boxed lunches, corporate lunches, Friendsgiving, and Thanksgiving packages. These packages come with a large selection of whole turkeys, turkey breast, traditional sides, and a few other delicious treats!
If you are looking for somewhere to dine in, Atkins Park is offering a more traditional experience for Thanksgiving. Enjoy a special Thanksgiving menu with a large selection of mains including a Big Green Egg smoked turkey breast with
caramelized apple & sage stuffing and a cider gravy & braised pork shoulder with roasted root vegetables topped with a bourbon glaze. For sides, you can enjoy a choice between many Thanksgiving favorites including green bean casserole and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
