Tenant improvement grants, Implementation strategy for existing and future master plan overlays, community vision planning, vacant property database and planning, free on-street parking in Atkins Park.
Beautification & Maintenance
Bi-annual plantings in over 150 planters throughout the corridor, public art commissions, seasonal decorations, periodic street cleaning, networking and consulting of resources, regular sidewalk maintenance like pressure washing.
